- Danyelle (aka D.M. Slate) resides in Colorado, where she's lived for most of her life. She attended college at the University of Northern Colorado and completed a business degree, and now works as the Chief Financial Officer at a local water district. She is married to her high school sweet-heart, and together they have a young daughter and son. A dog, cat, turtle and dragon lizard complete the family. Danyelle has been writing since she was a child but only recently pursued publication. Her first sci-fi/horror novella was released in December of 2009, followed by a horror novel in 2010.
